Riley & McCormick Pinto Wooly Chaps
Founded in 1901, Riley & McCormick was providing Calgary Alberta district residents with the finest of harness, saddles and Western wear before the province of Alberta was incorporated in 1905. Riley & McCormick has been present at every Calgary Stampede since 1912. Known for their over-the-top, flashy gear, these "pinto" woolly batwing chaps fit right in. Angora goat hair and hide, backed with canvas and leather, in good condition with no desiccation of skin. Circa 1920, they measure 34" at the widest by 41" in length.
